To send GCASH to another Globe/TM number, just dial *143# for free using your Globe mobile, select GCASH and then select SEND MONEY.

When sending GCASH from your mobile phone, pay only P10 for every 1000 and for any amount in excess.

How do I buy load using GCASH?

To pay your bills using GCASH, just dial *143# for free using your Globe mobile, select GCASH and then select BUY LOAD. You can send load to your own Globe/TM number or to other Globe/TM number. No more transaction fee when buying load using GCASH.

How do I pay bills using GCASH?

How do I cash-in / cash-out GCASH?

Given this new pricing scheme, how can I benefit from these GCASH services?

With this new pricing scheme, you can send cash to your own registered GCASH account (CASH-IN TO SELF) for FREE at any GCASH OUTLETS! This is applicable to all Globe Postpaid, Prepaid and TM subscribers.

What's more, now you can buy load and pay bills for P0 even if you don't have an airtime load! You can only do this if you have enough balance in your GCASH wallet. This applies to both Globe Prepaid and TM users.

Why did Globe change the new GCASH Pricing scheme of the customers?

Because Globe wants to serve you better, that's why! We regularly do system improvements to guarantee smoother and more enjoyable mobile money experience for you. Rest assured that our rates are still more affordable compared to most remittance services.

And as our own way of saying thank you to you, cashing-in to self, paying for bills, and buying load are now FREE of charge and you will still enjoy a 10% rebate when you use GCASH to buy load. Isn't that great?

Cool! So does this mean I can already do GCASH transactions even if I don't have airtime load?

Yes, that's right! As long as you have enough GCASH in your account, you can do any GCASH transaction!

Wait, I'm a BanKo subscriber. Will BanKo services be affected of this New Pricing Scheme?

Don't worry; you won't be affected by the price change. As a regular subscriber, keep in mind that when you initiate transactions that terminate to a BanKO subscriber (e.g. P2P to a BanKo sub, Buy load for a BanKO sub), the former will be charged based on the new pricing scheme.

I usually cash-in to others and it's now more expensive than before. What's my alternative?

The best thing to do is to make a Cash-in to Self transaction, which is FREE of charge. After that, you can send GCASH directly to the person you want to send money to for just P10 for every P1000 or a fraction thereof!

You can also cash-in more than you need for that particular transaction for future possible needs to send GCASH.

Will the fees be charged on top of my transaction amount or will it be deducted from it?

The service fees will be charged on top of your transaction amount. For example: you are sending P1000 worth of GCASH. The total amount that will be deducted from your GCASH wallet is P1010, inclusive of the P10 service fee.

Please note that for cash-in to others, you will have to pay outright for the service fee. Only Cash-Out and P2P fees will be charged against your GCASH wallet.

What if the remaining amount of my GCASH wallet is not enough to pay for the service fee while doing Cashout/ P2P? Can I just pay outright?

No, you can't. Service fees will be deducted by the system. So, if your GCASH wallet balance is not sufficient, the system will not process your transaction.

What if I want to deduct my GCASH wallet for Cash-in to Others instead of paying it outright?

The system will not check your GCASH wallet for cash-out transactions. If you want to transfer your GCASH to the partner's wallet, you will be charged P2P fees, so Globe is not recommending it.

How will the store confirm if I am cashing in to my number?

Cash-in to Self is a personal transaction and we can confirm this through SMS. The frontliner of the store will initiate this and you will need to reply to this message with your MPIN for the transaction to push through.

If I do a cash-out transaction, will my recipient also receive a message where he/she needs to reply with his/her MPIN?

Nope. That process applies for Cash-in to Self transactions only.

So if the service fees for Cash-In to Others transactions are not charged against my GCASH wallet, how will I pay for this service?

Our frontliners will collect cash from you as payment for this service.

What about my Cash-Out transactions? How will I pay for this service?

All cash-out transactions will be charged against your GCASH wallet's balance.

Can I have the option to pay the service fee outright for CASH-IN TO OTHERS, CASHOUT AND SEND MONEY (P2P) or will it always be deducted from the GCASH wallet balance?

Only Cash-Out and P2P transactions are charged against the GCASH wallet balance. Sorry, but you do not have the option to pay outright for these.

I already have a GCASH Card. Are there changes with the fees using the card as well?

No changes have been made regarding this. This means that withdrawal fees remain P20 per transaction and balance inquiries at P3 when using the GCASH Card.

Given the system enhancements that Globe has made, what changes can I expect in my GCASH usage experience?

GCASH has undergone recent system enhancements to make it user-friendly for everyone. Please refer to the table below and take note of the changes:

a. CASH-IN TO SELF

PROCESS	OLD	NEW (EFFECTIVE AUGUST 1, 2012)
Step 1	Fill-out the GCASH Service form with your information and present your Valid ID to the front liner.	SAME
